Custom Success Plan
The MÜV Custom Success Plan, powered by DotFit, serves to provide our members with customized nutritional, exercise and supplement programming. Beginning with our complimentary InBody Biometric Analysis System, we assist our members in defining specific body transformation goals regarding both fat loss and muscle gains. Results tracking takes place through our 30 Day Reprogram.

- MÜV has a variety of personal training programs designed to fit any members individual budget and fitness goals. All of our Personal Trainers are certified instructors.
MÜV Training – Small group training with a certified instructor provides a team-like atmosphere among those wanting to attain their weight loss goals.
- MÜV Strong – Engaging and steady tempo class to build and improve total body strength.
- MÜV MetCon – An upbeat and uptempo class designed to help improve muscular endurance, safely elevate your heart rate, and turn your body into a calorie burning machine.
- XTR1000 – A fully engaging, high intensity, and dynamic training class designed to keep you moving and drastically improve your cardiovascular conditioning.
- MÜV Barre – Focusing on simple isometric movements, we pinpoint and engage specific muscles to tone, burn fat, and help improve your balance and posture.
MÜV offers a wide variety of group exercise classes designed to fit your specific weight loss goals. With classes including Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Group Cycling, Body Combat, Zumba and many more, there’s a class you will fall in love with.
MÜV IT & LOSE IT
MÜV Fitness is about delivering results for our members. One of the best and fastest ways to experience the MÜV difference is by taking part in a MÜV It & Lose It Challenge… or as we affectionately call it MiLi.
