MÜV BARRE PULSE

Pulse is a high intensity class aimed to raise your heart rate & make you sweat. 45 minutes of low-impact, high intensity work, to melt the fat so you can show off your muscles from Strong and Toned!

(Recommended to take at least 10 MÜV Barre Toned classes before taking to understand the movement and increase your stamina.
