2 Challenges

1. % of weight (lbs) lost (scale weight only)
2. LBS of muscle gained (body fat % taken with body fat tester)

$2,000 to the individual male that loses the highest % of their body weight (1 winner for all 6 clubs)

$2,000 to the individual female that loses the highest % of their body weight (1 winner for all 6 clubs)

$1,000 participation drawing - see below for details (1 winner for all 6 clubs)

$500 to the individual that loses the highest % of their body weight (1 winner per club)*

$250 to the male that gains the most lbs of muscle (1 winner per club)

$250 to the female that gains the most lbs of muscle (1 winner per club)

4 personal training sessions upon enrollment for each contestant

Drawing Rules

1. Must have attended and participated in all (7) weigh-ins.

2. Kickoff and Final weigh-ins must be recorded between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. 

3. Seminar/group workout weigh-ins must be recorded on the day of weigh-ins.

4. Drawing winner will be announced after the completion of all MILI V finales.

5. Previous winners may only participate in a category that they have not previously won.
