MÜV Barre

Focusing on simple isometric movements, our instructors will pinpoint and engage specific muscles. MÜV Barre is a great way to maintain muscle strength and increase density, all while building your endurance. You will leave every class feeling stronger than the class before.

MÜV Strong

An engaging and steady tempo class focused on building and improving total body strength through proven training methods and progressive, yet fun, challenges. MÜV Strong utilizes Kettlebells, TRX, Dumbbells, and a multitude of other options to help find your inner strength.

MÜV METCON

An upbeat and uptempo class designed to help improve muscular endurance, safely elevate your heart rate,and turn your body into a calorie burning machine. You’ll progress through proven sequences to prepare your body to be immersed in an energetic full body strengthening and conditioning class.

XTR1000

A fully engaging, high intensity, and dynamic training class designed to keep you moving and drastically improve your cardiovascular conditioning. This fast paced class will integrate high intensity interval training and dynamic strength sets, to not only get you tone, but to make your body a calorie consuming machine, not only during the session, but for hours AFTER your workout.

Body Attack

Body Attack is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Body Combat

The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Body Jam

If you want to dance, there’s nothing like it! A mix of House, Hip-hop, Drum ’n’ Bass, Trap and all styles of electronic dance music paired with cutting edge choreography creates the perfect atmosphere to lose yourself in dance.

Body Vive

Improve energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength with this unique class. This challenging class consists of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises that is meant to burn the maximum amount of calories and reaching the next level in your fitness journey.

Body Flow

The yoga, tai chi, pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. It works on mind as well as body to leave you feeling centered, renewed and stress-free.

RPM

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through the hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within -sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Pilates

Each class emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

MVE Pilates’

A new equipment-based class uniting Pilates and group exercise. This workout combines strength, balance, endurance and core stability while working on the Pilates MVe (Maximum Versatility exercise) chair. These workouts are fun, energetic and produce great results.

Yoga

Concentrates on physical health and mental well-being through postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
